Yellowstone Wyoming
Yellowstone National Park was established in 1872 and is distinguished as being America's First
National Park. The park boundries are in 3 states being Wyoming, Montana, and Idaho though most of the park
is within the state of Wyoming.
Visitors rave of the large numbers of wildlife present and to the variety that includes the great grizzly
bears, wolves, bison, and elk that are common to the park.

From time to time we do get listings for ranches in the area of Yellowstone as well as property for sale
adjacent to the park though due to high demand these properties do sell fast. After a quick search of the
current Wyoming MLS listings we note there are currently a number of listings available through
local real estate agents but we do not have any remaining from those we had on this site.
Yellowstone Park contains approximately one-half of the world’s hydrothermal vents. There are over 10,000
hydrothermal vents in the park including 200 to 250 geysers making Yellowstone the location with the highest
concentration of active geysers in the world. Along with the geysers, other interesting geothermal features
include hot springs, mud pots and fumaroles.
